Clean Crusade is hiring part-time cleaners! Enjoy flexible hours with no weekends or evenings, and earn $18-$25 per hour (on average) plus tips. We offer paid time off, fuel/mileage reimbursement, and paid on the job training. No previous experience necessary, and as we grow the team’s schedule and recurring bookings, part-time positions may be converted to full-time!

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, insured vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to meet high standards
• Provide respectful, friendly customer service
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Physically able to be on your feet throughout the day with light lifting (less than 20 lbs)—it’s a physically demanding job, but very rewarding!

WHAT QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR?

• Perform detailed cleaning in residential homes using specific equipment and methods (supplies and tools provided)
• Follow cleaning checklists to meet quality standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and respect clients’ homes and privacy
• Report any equipment repairs or replacements
